These terms apply to purchases from Glazed (fashionglazed.com). The seller is Monexa LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: hello@fashionglazed.com.
Orders
Product pages show the item, its options and its price in USD. Taxes calculated at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is made when we email you the order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for it. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page when checkout is open.
Delivery
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery to the US usually takes 7-12 business days, with tracking. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner and ship with tracking. Delivery times are estimates; if an order is significantly late, contact us and we will help, or refund it if it does not arrive. See Shipping.
Returns and refunds
Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Faulty or not as described: we refund or replace and cover the cost. The full policy is on the Returns page.
Products
We describe each item from its supplier's specifications and photographs. Colours on screen and small measurement differences can vary. Products are intended for adults and for normal household use; follow any care and safety instructions supplied with them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting any consumer protection your own state's law gives you.
